What was the highlight of Hotel Mono
Comfortable but not elaborate.
This is a modernised old style hotel. The room was small but comfortable with basic amenities which were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was quite new and well laid out. Importantly it was very well insulated against noise. This hotel is in the middle of China Town and we were afraid that it would be noisy but due to being in the middle of the building and it's double glazing it was very quiet.
Nothing much. It was as expected for the position and price.

Great location for budget hotel.
Location. Can be reach via MRT by walking distance. However, would like to suggest that the hotel direction map to state clearly the MRT Chinatown Exit A. This is to avoid mis-reading as other exit also can be reach but a bit far away.

Good
Room was spacious. Room and common areas were clean.
Walls are thin and gap under door was quite wide, thus talking on normal volume got us receiving a complaint.
